1. Rental Agreement

By renting a vehicle from CarRental, you agree to these terms and conditions. The rental agreement begins when you take possession of the vehicle and ends when you return it.

2. Driver Requirements

All drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Additional requirements may apply for certain vehicle categories.

3. Payment and Fees

Payment is required at the time of rental. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Additional fees may apply for late returns, damages, or violations.

4. Vehicle Use

The vehicle must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, racing, towing, and transporting illegal substances.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to fees.

6. Liability

Renters are responsible for any damages to the vehicle during the rental period. We recommend purchasing insurance coverage for your protection.
